Shipping
We do our utmost best to ship your promotional goods to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. We guarantee that your products will leave the factory on or before the ship date on the order confirmation.
Side Note: We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by 'acts of nature'.
Orders
All of our orders must be confirmed in writing. Purchase orders must have an order number clearly shown.
Trading Terms
Our standard terms is 14 business days, you must do at least 5 orders before you can apply for an account with Over the top Promotions.
We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cheque, BPay or Direct Deposit.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel an order after signing the order confirmation form, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary from order to order.
Claims or Returns
In the event of a claim, we only accept written claims and they must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product or an error in the printing. If a product is faulty it must be returned for inspection.
Colours
The colours of the images of the merchandise on Over the Top Promotions website are only indicative. If you want an exact colour matching please request a sample.
